1/2勺太太乐鲜贝露,1/2勺太太乐鸡精,1/2勺酱烧鲈鱼块的做法步骤

1.主要食材如图所示示意,鲈鱼一只、洋葱、胡萝卜等。

2.将鲈鱼去鳞、去内脏洗净切块。

3.切姜片、胡萝卜片、菌菇片、洋葱备用。

4.锅烧热油,8成热后,转中小火加入鱼块,鱼皮的一面先接触锅底煎,煎个30s在翻转一侧继续煎。

5.皮先煎至定型,会将鱼肉“拉拢”起来不易散,而后鱼块的截面,在接触锅底煎,煎制成熟出锅备用。

6.锅加适量油,加入姜片爆香。

7.而后加入胡萝卜片翻炒。

8.再加入洋葱炒出香味。

9.加入菌菇片。

10.然后用2挤鲍汁蚝油增鲜。

11.1勺原味鲜酱油调味。

12.再加些鲜贝露叠层不一样的鲜味。

13.海之鲜已经加足了,鸡精再画龙点睛一下。

14.然后加入适量的水,这时候的汤汁味道,稍微重些不要紧。

15.因为鱼块没有进行腌制,要纯粹的去吸收这酱汁。

16.然后入锅中,中火烧制沸腾,再小火焖煮汁汤汁收缩一半。

17.出锅撒葱花即可食用啦~
